Rated at the 83rd percentile compared to over 100,000 other organisations worldwide for our commitment to sustainable environmental practices, world-class consulting methdologies and industrial relations standards combined with our strong ethical princoples. 

 

Areas noted of importance in achieving our environmental and sustainability rating included the purchase of carbon offsets associated with flights, adhering to sustainable e-waste disposal practices, promoting and encouraging the adoption of the paperless office to our clients and the recent upgrade to an electrified company vehicle.

 

The firm’s industrial relations practices were assessed in relation to the firm’s professional development programs, recruitment practices, performance management programs, career development programs, OH&S practices and our disciplined consulting methodologies. Metrics such as professional development hours per annum per employee and absenteeism rates were also benchmarked.

 

The assessment of our ethical principles related to documented policies and work practices regarding business ethics, which are published in the firm’s Vision, Mission and Values, Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreements, and the Protocols and Standards. Key areas of interest to EcoVadis were our strategies to mitigate corruption and bribery, modern slavery throughout the supply chain and maintaining confidentiality for our clients, competitors, partners and suppliers.
